About

ANTI-DRUGS CLUB

An Anti-Drug Club is a student organization that works to prevent drug abuse and promote healthy living. The club spreads awareness about the dangers of drugs through campaigns, rallies, and seminars. Members encourage their peers to make positive and responsible choices. The club also organizes activities like sports events, poster competitions, and awareness programs. It supports students who may be facing problems related to substance abuse. The main aim of the Anti-Drug Club is to create a safe and drug-free school.

To create awareness and prevent substance abuse among students through education, advocacy, counseling support, and collaborative campus initiatives in alignment with Government policies.

Event Title: Pledge, Rally and seminar on Drug Abuse Date & Time: 26.06.2025 at 10.30 am Venue: Kongu college of arts and science, Karur Organized by: Anti-Drug Club Participants: 50 Students

Objectives

To create awareness among students about the harmful effects of drug abuse.

To encourage students to take a firm pledge to stay away from drugs and promote a drug-free environment.

To strengthen collaboration between students, faculty, and local authorities in preventing drug addiction.

This activity helps students understand how the purity of gold is tested and measured. Participants learn basic methods to check gold purity and authenticity. It highlights how purity determines the value, quality, and trustworthiness of gold.
